Description
Ingredients:
- Rava,
- Salt,
- Baking soda,
- Curry leaves,
- Green chilli,
- Ginger,
- Vegetable oil.
Usage:
- Take CHEF 4.0 instant Rava Idly mix in a bowl, add 100ml curd, turmeric powder, half boiled vegetables(optional) and required water, rest for 15mins, apply gingelly oil in idly plates and pour the batter.
- Steam cook for 15mins in low flame.
- Serve hot Idly’s with sambar, chutney or idly chilli powder.
