Description
Ingredients:
- Ragi,
- Idly rice,
- Urad dhal,
- Fenugreek seeds,
- Salt,
- Baking soda.
Usage:
- Take CHEF 4.0 instant Ragi Idly mix in a bowl, add sour curd and required water, rest for 5mins, apply gingelly oil in idly plates and pour the batter.
- Steam cook for 15mins in low flame.
- Serve hot Idly’s with sambar, chutney or idly chilli powder.
