Description
Ingredients:
- Moong dhal,
- Channa dhal,
- Rice,
- Red chilli,
- Salt,
- Hing.
Usage:
- Take CHEF 4.0 instant Pesaratu dosa mix in a bowl and add water.
- Mix without any lumps.
- Rest for 5mins.
- Prepare dosa in a dosa pan.
- Serve hot with sambar, chutney or idly chilli powder.
