Description
Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds,
- Channa dhal,
- Tur dhal,
- Jeera,
- Red Chilli,
- Turmeric and coconut.
Usage:
- Take 1 cup of buttermilk, add CHEF 4.0 Kozambu powder, cooked vegetables, hing, salt and boil it for a few mins and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Take a spoon of refined oil, add mustard, curry leaves, and Sundakkai (optional) allow it to sputter and pour it in the buttermilk.
- Cooked vegetables can be added.
