Description
Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds,
- Urad dhal,
- Channa dhal,
- Tur dhal,
- Jeera,
- Pepper,
- Fenugreek seeds,
- Red Chilli,
- Turmeric.
Usage:
- Add one teaspoon of refined oil, add mustard and fenugreek seeds allow to sputter.
- Cook vegetables in tamarind juice, add CHEF 4.0 sambhar powder, hing, salt and boil it for a few mins.
- Add cooked and mashed tur dhal, garnish with coriander leaves.
