Description
Ingredients:
- Tur dhal,
- Channa dhal,
- Coriander seeds,
- Jeera,
- Pepper,
- Red chilli,
- Turmeric.
Usage:
- Add CHEF 4.0 Rasam powder, hing, salt, cut tomatoes in tamarind juice and boil it for a few mins.
- Add cooked and mashed tur dhal along with water, heat in low flame for few minutes until bubble water forms on the top.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves, mustard and curry leaves fried in ghee or oil.
